Who is this course for?

Anyone working on vertical artificial structures, climbing walls or ropes courses that need a straight forward solution for keeping workers safe at height.
This training course aims to provide delegates with an awareness of safe and efficient work in a high ropes course or climbing wall environment. The course will provide a broad understanding of the uses and limitations of a range of equipment and techniques for working at height and a simple but effective system for working vertically.

If more complex manoeuvres or techniques are required, such as moving horizontally around structures or ascending and descending fixed ropes, then the Adventure Activities Height Access 3-day course will provide further information.

Prerequisites

An understanding of belaying techniques would be advantageous but is not essential.
