The Vacancy
We are seeking to appoint a full time Customer Services Advisor & Repair Technician. This role is based at our offices in Tebay, Cumbria.

Key responsibilities
Administration
- Inspect, record and test warranty claims across our brand portfolio
- Provide feedback on and respond to warranty claim queries via phone and email
- Respond to other queries related to products, orders and deliveries via phone and email
- Negotiate resolutions
- Process all returns using our CRM system
Operations
- Carry out repairs on returned product where appropriate in-line with brand sustainability aims
- Ensure repairs are carried out to a high quality and in a timely manner
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of spare parts for the repair workshop
- Ensure the smooth running of the workshop area(s)
- Maintain technical, brand and product knowledge and qualifications - where applicable
Hours of work
This is a full-time position which equates to a 37.5-hour week. Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 14:00.
What we need from you
- Competent with Microsoft Office 365
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and happy to work as a team member
- Be willing to undertake personal training and development
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude
